Persecution is a real thing in the world of a believer. Persecution always comes at the birth of significant seasons.
I chr 14:8 When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over all Israel, they went up in full force to search for him, but David heard about it and went out to meet them.
When David was anointed the Philistines attacked. Anointing always draws attack. You may be on the verge of your miracle ministry and you see all hell breaking out in your life. Thats not a accident. You may be on the verge of trying to make a diffrence in your children's lives and every devil within a 100 mile radius raises up against you. Its not just chance, its by the Devils design that these people have risen against you.
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy
His assignment is to STEAL, KILL and DESTROY your destiny, your dreams, your anointing. The Devil is not playing with you he wants you DEAD in every way possible. He doesn't even want you to leave behind a pleasant memory. He want to strip you of your very dignity and human rights. Make no mistake , the devil HATES you. In the same way that you can see the fruit or personality attributes of Christ reflected in his spiritual children. You can like wise see the devils traits reflected in the devils children.
John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
Just a hint, if you run into some people who want to commit murder they are according to scripture children of Satan. I didn't say it , the bible said it. I just agree with what God said.The thing you have to realize about children of Satan is that they are victims of Satan. See the Devil doesn't love them, in fact he is leading them to the same firey burning pit hes headed to.
I used to feel that i had to show the world, I was going to BEAT the Devil. But the truth is hes already beaten and Jesus did it for me at Calvary. Jesus beat that old devil and he wants me to accept that gift and even join him in the victory.
Rom 16:20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you
He said under YOUR feet. Our God is so bad he wants you to experence the same victory over Satan that Lord Jesus did. But we don't have to die on the cross to do it. But we do have to pick up our own cross and die to self. The question is have you accepted the reality of your authority over Satan.
Heb 2:8 and put everything under his feet." In putting everything under him, God left nothing that is not subject to him. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to him.
Everything is subject to Christ, even that devil thats trying to trick you into thinking hes in charge.
Col 3:1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God.
Christ is in you and Christ is at the right hand of the father. Christ is in charge of everything. So what does that mean to you?
Luke 10:19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.
You have authority and dominon over the devil , his people and the earth if you believe.
You can be super spiritual and say the devil is no match for me. But im going to tell you, yes he is. He will kill you. But he is no match for the God in you.
1 John 4:4 You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.
You just have to realize, believe and practice the authority Jesus gave you.
Dont listen to the devil, you have authority let him listen to you praise the lord, making positive confessions and rejoicing in the promises and prescence of God. The devil is the accuser of the children of God.
Rev 12:10 ... For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down
and hes a liar
Why listen to that... just smile and go on being blessed.
This week start ignoring the accuser, believing the promises and walking in the authority of Christ.
